I have a password but I am unable to gain access to the extranet
You will need to adjust security settings for your browser. Proceed as follows:- Enter your browser’s menu and go to security settings (as a rule you will find security settings under the menu Extra/Internet options).
- Select the “beveiliging” or “security” tab page and click “standaard” or “default”.
- Click “OK”
- Restart your browser. This should solve the problem.
